摘要
旨在筛选出以本地富余资源木屑为主基质的环境友好型蟹爪兰复合基质配方,减少非可再生资源泥炭土的使用量,降低蟹爪兰的生产成本。以腐熟木屑、泥炭土、蛭石、珍珠岩、沙子和黄心土等不同配比9种基质为处理,以常用泥炭土复合基质及未腐熟木屑为对照,以蟹爪兰为试验材料,研究不同配比基质理化性质及对蟹爪兰扦插苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,T_(8)、T_(2)和T1基质配方栽培的蟹爪兰植株生长较好,其中以腐熟木屑E为主基质,以黄心土和珍珠岩为辅基质(3:1:1)的T_(8)基质配方在主成分分析中排名第一。T_(8)基质配方的蟹爪兰理化性质在使用前后指标均在花卉生产的适宜范围内,且变化比较小,性质稳定,虽蟹爪兰扦插前期发根较慢,但后期生长指标及理化指标均较高。因此,T_(8)处理适宜作为蟹爪兰扦插生产的优良基质配方。
The aim of the study was to screen out an environment-friendly crab claw orchid compos-ite matrix formulation based on wood chips to reduce the use of non-renewable resources peat soil and reduce the production cost of crab claw blue.Wood chips with different methods are mainly used,with vermiculite,perlite,sand and yellow soil as auxiliary matrix.A total of 9 treatments were designed according to different ratios.The conventional matrix peat soil,vermiculite and per-lite(2:1:1)and undecomposed wood chips were used as controls to cut the crab claw orchids in a production manner.The physical and chemical properties of the substrate after cutting and the growth of crab claw blue were investigated.The results showed that the Crab Claw grew well in T_(8),T_(2) and T1,and the T_(8) matrix formulation with the decomposed wood chips E as the main matrix and the yellow heart soil and perlite as the auxiliary matrix(3:1:1)ranked first by The Principal Component Analysis,and the physical and chemical properties of the crab claw in T_(8) were within the appropriate range of flower production before and after used,and the change was relatively small and stable.Although the roots of the crab claws were slower in the early stage,the growth indicators and physical and chemical indicators were both Higher in the late stage.T_(8) treatment is suitable as an excellent matrix formula for the production of crab claw orchid cuttings.
