江西省医学科技创新能力分析与发展对策研究

Analysis on the Innovation Ability and Development Countermeasures of Medical Science and Technology in Jiangxi Province

医学科技创新是国家创新范畴中的重要组成,医院又是医学科技创新的主要策源地。“十三五”以来,江西省在医学科技创新人才队伍、科研平台、项目投入和成果产出等方面取得了长足的发展,促进了区域医院高质量发展,但也存在不少的问题与短板。梳理了江西省医院在“复旦版”和“医科院版”排行榜中的数据,分析医学科技创新现状和存在的差距,探讨面临的科技投入不足、科技人才匮乏、高水平科研院所少、高水平成果产出少等方面的问题,并提出加大科技投入、强化院校(所)建设、高层次人才引育、平台建设以及创新科技管理等方面的对策,为江西省和其他欠发达地区的医学科技创新提供参考。

Medical science and technology innovation is an important part of the national innovation system,and hospitals are the main force of medical science and technology innovation.Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,Jiangxi province has made great progress in the areas of scientific research platform,project investment and output,which has promoted the high-quality development of re-gional hospitals,but there are also many problems and shortcomings.Taking Jiangxi as an example,this paper sorts out the data of Jiangxi provincial hospitals in the“Fudan Edition”and“Medical A-cademy Edition”rankings,analyzes the current status of medical technology innovation and the ex-isting gaps,and discusses the lack of scientific and technological investment,the lack of scientific and technological talents,and the high level of scientific and technological innovation.There are few scientific research institutes and high-level scientific and technological achievements,etc.,and put forward countermeasures such as increasing investment in science and technology,strengthening the construction of colleges(institutions),introducing and cultivating high-level talents,building plat-forms,and innovating management systems and mechanisms.It will provides reference for medical science and technology innovation in Jiangxi province and other underdeveloped areas.
