Discussion on the Coordinated Treatment of Organic Waste in Urban Sewage Treatment under the Background of“Waste-Free City”Construction

开展“无废城市”建设是国家作出的重大战略决策部署,为给全国城市污水处理厂提供参考和理论支撑。以长三角某区城市污水处理厂为实例,解析其建设思路、技术路线及效益,表明协同处理有机废弃物可作为污水处理厂“无废城市”建设的路径之一,有利于推动固体废物减量化、资源化、无害化。

The implementation of the“waste-free city”construction has been a major strategic deci-sion and deployment made by the Chinese government.In order to provide reference and theoretical support for urban sewage treatment plants across the country,this paper takes a sewage treatment plant in a certain district of the Yangtze River Delta as an example to analyze its construction ideas,technical routes and benefits.It has been demonstrated that coordinated treatment of organic waste can be considered as one of the paths for sewage treatment plants to achieve“waste-free city”con-struction,which can facilitate the reduction,resource utilization,and harmlessness of solid waste.
