孤独症谱系障碍患儿的照顾者疾病获益感干预研究

Intervention based cognitive-behavioral model on caregiver benefit finding of children with autism spectrum disorders

目的:以参加康复训练的孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的照顾者为研究对象,建立照顾者疾病获益感(BF)干预方法。方法:入组2021年10月至2022年10月至龙岩市第三医院进行康复训练的ASD儿童家长78名,以滚动入组的方式参加照顾者疾病获益感团体干预。干预前后采用照顾者疾病获益感量表、简式育儿压力问卷中文版、抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评估照顾者的疾病获益感、养育压力和焦虑、抑郁水平,采用行为学观察录像评估照顾者的干预忠诚度。运用配对样本t检验等进行数据分析。结果:干预后照顾者疾病获益感)、干预忠诚度分数明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);照顾者的育儿压力、抑郁水平、焦虑水平分数明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:照顾者疾病获益感干预可有效提升ASD照顾者的疾病获益感,改善育儿压力与焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective:To establish a Benefit Finding(BF)intervention method for caregivers of Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)children who participated in rehabilitation training.Method:78 parents of children with ASD who received rehabilitation training in the Third Hospital of Longyan City from October 2021 to October 2022 were enrolled to participate in the group intervention for caregivers’sense of benefit from the disease by rolling enrollment.Before and after the intervention,the Caregivers’sense of Benefit from Illness Scale,Chinese version of the simplified parenting stress questionnaire,self-rating depression scale and self-rating Anxiety Scale were used to assess the caregivers’sense of benefit from illness,parenting stress and anxiety and depression levels,and behavioral observation video was used to assess the caregivers’intervention loyalty.Paired sample t test was used for data analysis.Results:After intervention,the caregivers’sense of disease benefit and intervention loyalty score were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05);The scores of parenting stress,depression level and anxiety level of caregivers were significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention can effectively improve the perceived benefit of disease in ASD caregivers and improve the level of parenting stress and anxiety and depression.
