摘要
选用体重相近的35日龄断奶新西兰肉兔150只,随机分成5个组,分别为对照组、试验1、2、3、4组,对照组添加氯苯胍150 mg/kg,试验1、2、3组分别添加Es-ap、Em-mg、Ei-ma卵黄抗体1 g/kg,试验4组添加上述3种球虫重组蛋白复合卵黄抗体1 g/kg(各占1/3),每组设5个重复,每个重复6只,分别饲喂对应日粮,并于42日龄人工感染攻虫。试验结果显示,试验4组在平均日增重、日采食量、成活率方面均显著高于其他组别(P<0.05),料肉比显著低于其他组别(P<0.05);抗球虫指数(ACI)值判定标准为:Es-ap、Em-mg、Ei-ma卵黄抗体均具有中等抗球虫效果,3种卵黄抗体组合使用,具有良好的抗球虫效果。结论:筛选的兔球虫重组蛋白抗原制备卵黄抗体(IgY)不仅对兔球虫具有良好的免疫保护作用,不同虫种还具有交叉免疫保护力。
In this study,15035-day-old weaned New Zealand meat rabbits with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,experiment 1,2,3 and 4 groups.Chlorophenylguanidine 150 mg/kg was added in control group,Es-ap,Em-mg and Ei-ma yolk antibody 1g/kg were added in test group 1,2 and 3 respectively,and mixed yolk antibody 1g/kg was added in experiment 4.There were 5 replicates in each group,6 rats in each group,which were fed with corresponding diets respectively,and were artificially infected with worms at 42 days old.The results showed that the average daily gain,daily feed intake and survival rate of group 4 were significantly higher than those of other groups,and the ratio of feed to meat was significantly lower than that of other groups(P0.05).The ACI values of Es-ap,Em-mg and Ei-ma yolk antibodies all had moderate anti-coccidial effect,and the combination of three kinds of yolk antibodies had good anti-coccidial effect.Conclusion:screening rabbit coccidia recombinant protein antigen to prepare yolk antibody(Ig Y)not only has good immune protection against rabbit coccidia,different insect species also have cross immune protection.
