数字化转型背景下装配式建造的现状与对策 被引量:1

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Assembly Construction under the Background of Digital Transformation

摘要 装配式建筑以其设计标准化、工厂预制集成化、施工速度化、数字化多方管理等特点,正快速进入建筑领域并成为近年来国家大力推广的建造方式。为了将BIM等智能技术更好地应用于装配式建筑,对BIM技术在装配式建筑中的设计、成本、进度管理应用进行梳理,针对基于BIM应用的装配式建筑转型过程中的困境,提出积极的完善建议,培养高精尖人才,给予就业指导扶持,创新突破数字化核心技术,推进BIM技术全寿命周期的系统化应用。 Prefabricated buildings are rapidly entering the construction field and have become a construction method vigorously promoted by the country in recent years due to their design standardization,factory prefabrication integration,construction speed,and digital multi-party management.In order to better apply BIM and other intelligent technologies to prefabricated buildings,the design,cost and schedule management applications of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings are sorted out.In view of thedifficulties in the transformation of prefabricated buildings based on BIM applications,positive suggestions are put forward to cultivate high-precision talents,give employment guidance support,innovate and break through digital core technologies,and promote the systematic application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle.
