摘要
以Ø400 mm×1200 mm热作模具钢H13电渣重熔铸坯为研究对象,开展电渣重熔凝固过程的仿真研究。结果表明,在初始阶段,熔池随钢锭高度增加不断变深,后期溶池形状不再随钢锭高度变化,溶铸速度与凝固速度达到平衡。而显微组织模拟结果表明,电渣重熔铸坯的主要显微组织为底部一段竖直柱状晶,以及中上部与轴向成一定角度并沿中心轴对称分布的柱状晶组织。
This paper takes the electroslag remelting ingot(Ø400 mm×1200 mm hot-work die steel H13)as object to conduct simulation of the solidification process during electroslag remelting.The results show that the molten pool deepens with the increase of ingot height in the initial stage,and the shape of molten pool no longer changes with the ingot height in the later stage,then the casting speed and solidification speed reach a balance.The micro-structure simulation results show that the ESR ingot is mainly composed of vertical columnar crystal at the bottom,and columnar crystal at middle and top which have a certain angle with the axial direction and symmetrically distributed along the central axis.
