肌肉减少症的研究热点与前沿的可视化分析

A visual analysis of the hotspots and frontiers of research in sarcopenia

肌肉减少症具有肌肉质量和功能进行性损失的特征,且随着人口老龄化,其正成为一个严重的公共卫生问题。然而,对知识库和未来趋势的全面概述仍然缺乏。为了解肌肉减少症相关研究发展趋势及研究热点,运用VOSviewer和Citespace 6.1 R2知识图谱软件,对Web of Science核心合集数据库中2005-2022年发表的肌肉减少症文献进行可视化分析,相对直观地展示近17年的整体发展,以及揭示肌肉减少症领域的知识库、热点和前沿领域,提供肌肉减少症研究的研究现状和新的线索,为肌肉减少症研究者的研究方向提供参考。

Sarcopenia is characterized by progressive loss of muscle mass and function and is becoming a serious public health problem as the population ages.However,a comprehensive overview of the knowledge base and future trends is still lacking.In this article,to understand the research trends and research hotspots related to sarcopenia,VOSviewer and Citespace 6.1 R2 knowledge mapping software were used to visualize and analyze the sarcopenia literature published from 2005-2022 in the Web of Science core collection database to relatively visualize the overall development in the last 17 years,as well as to reveal the knowledge base,hotspots,and frontier areas in the field of sarcopenia,provide the current research status and new clues of sarcopenia research,and provide a reference for the research direction of sarcopenia.
