复合地层施工全断面隧道掘进机选型探讨

摘要 全断面隧道掘进机已成为地下隧道(洞)施工主力机械设备,其中土质地层施工一般用盾构机,岩石质地层施工一般用全断面岩石掘进机。而“岩”“土”互层(混合)地质条件下的施工设备选型,就十分复杂且困难。因此,根据实际施工地质地层,将“岩”“土”分别按开挖断面和隧道轴线混(复)合分类,然后根据“岩”“土”在断面上的复合程度及沿隧道轴线分布长度,分别探讨这样地层的施工设备特点和选型,为复合地层施工全断面隧道掘进机掘进系统构造和选型提供借鉴。 The full face tunnel boring machine has become the main mechanical equipment for underground tunnel(hole)construction,with the shield commonly used for soil layer construction and the full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM)commonly used for rock layer construction.The selection of construction equipment under the geological conditions interbedded(mixed)with“rock”and“soil”is very complicated and difficult.Therefore,in this paper,according to the actual construction geological strata,the“rock”and“soil”were classified according to the excavated section and the tunnel axis respectively.Then according to the compound degree of“rock”and“soil”in the section and its distribution length along the tunnel axis,the characteristics and selections of the construction equipment for such strata were discussed,which provided reference for the structure and selection of the tunneling system of the full face tunnel boring machine in composite strata construction.
