矿用梭车凸轮式排缆机构运动轨迹研究及仿真

摘要 介绍了矿用梭车空间圆柱凸轮式排缆机构的结构及工作原理,指出滚子在凸轮轴凹槽内的横向平动轨迹与实际预期有一定偏差,运用平面图及公式分析推导得出滚子运动轨迹偏差的通用公式。应用二维软件证实了滚子在1/4循环周期内的运动轨迹近似直线,随后对滚子及摆线架的运动轨迹曲线进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明,合理设计及配置空间圆柱凸轮式排缆机构参数,可得到较好的线性度。 The structure and working principle of the spatial cylindrical cam cable arranging mechanism of the mining shuttle car were introduced to show that transverse translation trajectory of the roller in the camshaft groove had a certain deviation from the actual expectation.At the same time,the general formula of the deviation of the roller motion trajectory was derived by using the plane diagram and the formula.The two-dimensional software was used to confirm that the motion trajectory of the roller in 1/4 cycle period was approximately linear,and then the motion trajectory curve of the roller and the cycloid frame were simulated and analyzed.The analysis results showed that the reasonable design and configuration of parameters for the spatial cylindrical cam cable arranging mechanism could obtain better linearity.
