新型注浆系统的设计及优化

摘要 为了解决注浆设备研发相对滞后,注浆设备不配套,注浆工艺相对落后等掣肘注浆防灭火技术广泛应用的问题,研究开发了新型注浆系统,并根据其原理进行了优化。该新型注浆系统不仅解决了双组份材料难以高效输送,发泡成胶装置浆液混合不均,发泡倍数低和流量小等一系列问题,还提高了注浆效率和注浆效果,为矿井高效开采和安全生产提供了有力的技术保障。 In order to solve the problems that the research and development of the grouting equipment was lagging behind,the grouting equipment was not matched,and the grouting process was backward,which restricted the wide application of the grouting fire-fighting technology,a new-type grouting system had been developed and optimized base on its principles.This new-type grouting system not only solved a series of problems such as the difficulty in efficient transportation of double-component materials,the uneven mixing of slurry in the foaming-into-gel device,the low foaming multiple and the small flow rate,but also improved the grouting efficiency and grouting effect,providing a powerful technical support for efficient mining and safety production in mines.
