摘要
针对矿山装备制造企业生产计划排程的问题,提出了一种基于遗传算法的排程优化算法。该算法从整体全局的视角出发,综合考虑了关键路径工单和非关键路径工单的排程需求,并考虑了工单之间的父子关系、工序顺序、车间和设备资源的利用、时间节点等因素,以提高生产计划排程的效率和精度。同时,该算法通过整合矿山装备制造企业内外部协同的生产节点和物料达成等信息,以实现企业多部门的生产协同和整体统筹。通过试验对比,验证了该算法在提高生产效率、降低时间和成本浪费方面的有效性,为矿山装备离散制造企业生产管理提供了技术支持和决策依据。
Aiming at the problem of production planning and scheduling in mine equipment manufacturing enterprises,a scheduling optimization based on genetic algorithm was proposed.The algorithm took into account the scheduling requirements of critical path work orders and non-critical path work orders from a global perspective,and considered factors such as the parent-child relationship between work orders,process sequence,utilization of workshop and equipment resources,and time nodes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of production planning and scheduling.At the same time,the algorithm integrated the information of production nodes and material achievement of internal and external coordination in mining equipment manufacturing enterprises,so as to realize the production collaboration and overall coordination among multidepartments of enterprises.Through experimental comparison,the effectiveness of the algorithm in improving production efficiency,and reducing time and cost waste was verified,which provided technical support and decision-making basis for the production management of mining equipment discrete manufacturing enterprises.
