不同锌源对热应激马岗鹅肠道健康的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究不同锌源对热应激状态下马岗鹅小肠形态和盲肠微生物群的影响。选取14日龄马岗鹅180只随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鹅(公、母各半)。对照组(CON组)鹅饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别在基础日粮中额外补充60 mg/kg的氧化锌(ZnO)和抗坏血酸锌(AsA-Zn,以锌含量计),即ZnO 60组和AsA-Zn 60组。试验在室温(33±2)℃下进行,预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,与CON组相比,日粮中添加ZnO和AsA-Zn可显著提高马岗鹅空肠和回肠的绒毛高度(VH)值(P<0.05),其中AsA-Zn更具优势。AsA-Zn 60组马岗鹅空肠隐窝深度(CD)值显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。日粮中添加ZnO和AsA-Zn可以显著提高马岗鹅十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)(P<0.05)。ZnO和AsA-Zn可提高特有微生物群数目及Shannon指数和Simpson指数以及Beta多样性,显著降低盲肠门水平拟杆菌门的相对丰度(P<0.05),显著提高厚壁菌门、蓝藻菌门和变形菌门的相对丰度(P<0.05)。AsA-Zn可显著影响D-精氨酸和D-鸟氨酸代谢通路(P<0.05)。研究表明,AsA-Zn在改善热应激马岗鹅小肠形态发育方面表现一定优势,但在调节盲肠微生物群方面与ZnO的效果相似。 The experiment was to study the effect of different zinc sources on small intestine morphology and cecum microflora of Magang geese under heat stress.A total of one hundred and eighty 14-day-old Magang geese were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates in each group and 10 geese in each replicate(half in male and female).Geese in control group(CON group)were fed with basal diet,and experimental groups were supplemented with an additional 60 mg/kg ZnO andAsA-Zn in basal diet,respectively.The experiment was conducted at room temperature(33±2)℃.The pre-test period was 7 d,and the formal test period was 28 d.The results showed that compared with CON group,dietary supplementation of ZnO and AsA-Zn significantly increased the VH values of jejunum and ileum(P<0.05),and AsA-Zn was more advantageous.The CD value of jejunum in ASA-ZN-60 group was significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05).Supplementation of ZnO and AsA-Zn significantly increased the V/C levels of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of Magang geese(P<0.05).ZnO and AsA-Zn could increase the number of endemic microflora,Shannon index,Simpson index and Beta diversity,significantly reduce the relative abundance of Bacteroides at the level of cecum(P<0.05),and significantly increase the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Cyanobacteria and Proteobacteria(P<0.05).AsA-Zn significantly affected D-arginine and D-ornithine metabolic pathways(P<0.05).The study indicates that AsA-Zn has a certain advantage in improving the small intestine morphological development of Magang geese under heat stress,but ZnO has a similar effect in regulating the cecum microflora.
