禽内源白血病病毒ev3、ev6和ev21对雏鸡免疫器官指数和血清指标的影响

摘要 试验旨在探究禽内源性白血病病毒ev3、ev6和ev21对雏鸡免疫性能的影响。试验利用PCR技术检测太行鸡、大午金凤雏鸡的羽型和ev3、ev6、ev21整合性,测定雏鸡的体重、免疫器官指数,利用ELISA技术检测雏鸡血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)和白细胞介素10(IL-10)含量。结果显示,ev3在太行鸡的整合阳性率显著高于大午金凤鸡(P<0.05)。ev3整合阳性太行鸡的法氏囊指数显著高于阴性个体(P<0.05),体重显著低于阴性个体(P<0.05)。ev21阴性太行鸡体重显著高于阳性鸡(P<0.05)。太行鸡母鸡体重和免疫器官总重显著高于公鸡(P<0.05)。ev3阳性太行鸡血清IgG和IL-4含量显著高于ev3阴性鸡(P<0.05)。ev6阳性太行鸡血清IL-10含量显著低于ev6阴性鸡(P<0.05)。ev3阳性大午金凤鸡血清IgM含量显著低于ev3阴性鸡(P<0.05)。ev21阳性慢羽大午金凤公鸡血清IL-4含量显著高于ev21阴性快羽母鸡(P<0.05)。太行慢羽鸡和母鸡的血清IgG含量显著高于快羽鸡和公鸡(P<0.05)。ev21阴性太行快羽鸡血清IgG含量显著低于ev21阴性太行慢羽鸡和ev21阳性太行慢羽鸡(P<0.05)。研究表明,ev3整合提高了1日龄太行鸡的免疫性能,降低了其体重和大午金凤鸡血清IgM含量;ev6整合降低了太行鸡血清IL-10含量;ev21整合降低了1日龄太行鸡的体重,提高了大午金凤鸡血清IL-4含量。 The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of avian endogenous leukemia viruses ev3,ev6 and ev21 on immune performance of chicks.The feather type and ev3,ev6 and ev21 integration of Taihang chickens and Dawu Jinfeng chickens were detected by PCR,the body weight and immune organ index of chicks were determined,and the serum IgG,IgM,IgA,IL-4 and IL-10 content of chicks were detected by ELISA.The results showed that the positive rate of ev3 integration in Taihang chickens was significantly higher than that in Dawu Jinfeng chickens(P<0.05).The bursa index of ev3 integration-positive Taihang chickens was significantly higher than that of negative individuals(P<0.05),and the body weight was significantly lower than that of negative individuals(P<0.05).The body weight of ev21 negative Taihang chickens was significantly higher than that of positive chickens(P<0.05).The body weight and total immune organ weight of hens were significantly higher than those of cocks(P<0.05).Serum IgG and IL-4 content of ev3-positive Taihang chickens were significantly higher than those of ev3-negative chickens(P<0.05).The serum IL-10 content of ev6-positive Taihang chickens was significantly lower than that of ev6-negative chickens(P<0.05).The serum IgM content of ev3-positive Dawu Jinfeng chickens was significantly lower than that of ev3-negative chickens(P<0.05).The serum IL-4 content of ev21-positive slow-feathered Dawu Jinfeng roosters was significantly higher than that of ev21-negative fast-feathered chichens(P<0.05).The serum IgG content of slow-feathered chickens and hens in Taihang was significantly higher than that of fastfeathered chickens and cocks(P<0.05).The serum IgG content of ev21-negative fast-feathered chickens was significantly lower than that of ev21-negative slow-feathered chickens and ev21-positive slow-feathered chickens(P<0.05).The study indicates that ev3 integration improves the immune performance of one-day-old Taihang chickens,decreases their body weight and serum IgM content of Dawu Jinfeng chickens.ev6 integration decreases the serum IL-10 content of Taihang chickens,ev21 integration decreases the body weight of one-day-old Taihang chickens and increases the serum IL-4 content of Dawu Jinfeng chickens.
