体外盲肠发酵法研究驴主要粗饲料的发酵特性 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究不同的粗饲料对驴盲肠体外发酵过程中各项参数产生的影响。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,通过体外盲肠发酵法比较研究苜蓿、燕麦草、全株玉米青贮、羊草、玉米秸秆和谷草的体外盲肠发酵参数,以谷草为对照组,不同粗饲料作为处理组。结果表明,在各项发酵参数中,苜蓿的产气量和氨态氮含量最高;全株玉米青贮菌体蛋白含量最高,谷草最低;苜蓿和燕麦草乙酸含量较高,玉米秸秆和谷草较低;全株玉米青贮和燕麦草丙酸含量较高,谷草最低;燕麦草的丁酸、异丁酸、异戊酸、戊酸和总挥发性脂肪酸含量均最高,玉米秸秆和谷草较低。粗饲料多项组合效应值排序为苜蓿>燕麦草>全株玉米青贮>羊草>玉米秸秆>谷草。研究表明,苜蓿、燕麦草、全株玉米青贮和羊草的体外盲肠发酵效果较好,玉米秸秆和谷草的较差。 The experiment was to study the effect of different roughages on cecal fermentation parameters in vitro.A single factor completely randomized experimental design was used to compare in vitro cecal fermentation parameters of alfalfa,oat grass,whole plant corn silage,Leymus chinensis,corn straw and cereal grass.Cereal grass was used as control group,and different coarse fodder were used as treatment group.The results showed that the gas production of alfalfa was the highest,and that of cereal grass was lower.The concentration of ammonium nitrogen was the highest in alfalfa and the lowest in corn straw.Mycoprotein concentration was the highest in whole plant corn silage and the lowest in cereal grass.The acetic acid content of alfalfa and oat grass was higher,while that of corn straw and cereal grass was lower.Propionic acid content of whole plant corn silage and oat grass was higher,cereal grass was the lowest.The content of butyric acid,isobutyric acid,isovaleric acid,valeric acid and total volatile fatty acid were the highest in oat grass,while the content of corn straw and millet grass were lower.The multiple combination effect value of roughage was shown as follow:alfalfa>oat grass>whole plant corn silage>Leymus chinensis>corn straw>cereal grass.The study indaicates that the in vitro cecal fermentation of alfalfa,oat grass,whole plant corn silage and Leymus chinensis are greater,and that of corn straw and cereal grass are lower.
