摘要
L型节点作为复合材料船体结构中常见的连接结构,主要用于甲板与舷侧的连接,其结构强度与复合材料船体结构强度直接相关。针对L型节点强度校核试验周期长、成本高等问题,提出一个可用于L型节点强度校核的直接计算模型。首先参考相关的船体结构计算规范确定计算模型的尺寸范围,其次通过有限元分析结合规范要求确定2种工况下计算模型的边界条件,最后以蔡-吴失效准则的状态变量值作为参考值,选取合适强度校核标准用于对L型节点强度进行快速校核,得到一个L型节点直接计算模型,为后续L型节点在复合材料船体结构中的应用提供参考依据。
As a common joint structure in composite hull structure,L-shaped joint is mainly used for connecting deck and side,and its structural strength is directly related to the structural strength of composite hull.Aiming at the problems of long test period and high cost,a direct calculation model for strength checking of L-shaped nodes is proposed.Firstly,the size range of the calculation model is determined by referring to the relevant hull structure calculation specification.Secondly,the boundary conditions of the calculation model under two working conditions are determined by finite element analysis combined with the specification requirements.Finally,the state variable value of the Tsai-Wu failure criterion is taken as the reference value to select the appropriate strength checking standard for quick checking the strength of Lshaped nodes.A direct calculation model of L-shaped joints is obtained,which provides reference for the subsequent application of L-shaped joints in composite hull structures.
