摘要
提出了一款工作于2.45 GHz且结构简单的波束可重构天线阵列,实现5种模式的波束可重构的功能。天线单元在微带贴片天线的基础上,通过两侧加载变容二极管连接寄生贴片组成,利用不同的外加偏压改变电容值,使辐射贴片和寄生贴片之间构成一定的相位差来实现波束可重构。通过控制4个变容二极管天线阵可以实现5种模式的辐射波束。作者对天线进行仿真、优化、制作和测试,实验结果表明:5种模式中,阻抗带宽最大可达3.5%,最大增益可达10 dBi,最大偏转角度27°,半功率波束带宽最宽可达120°。该天线在2.45 GHz 5种模式都能正常工作,适用于抗干扰能力要求较高的无线通信系统。
A simple beam reconfigurable antenna array operating at 2.45 GHz is proposed in this paper.The antenna element consists of a microstrip antenna,two parasitic patches connecting through variodes.With different bias voltage,the capacitance value of variodes are changed,which provides a phase difference between two parasitic patches to achieve beam reconfigurable.Four variodes can obtain the radiation of five modes.The proposed antenna is simulated,fabricated,and tested.The experimental results show that the maximum impedance bandwidth can reach 3.5% with the maximum gain of 10 dBi,the maximum deflection angle of 27°,and the widest half-power beam bandwidth of 120° in the five modes.The antenna can normally work in all five modes at 2.45 GHz and is suitable for wireless communication systems with high anti-interference capability requirements.
