摘要
基于ABAQUS软件对沥青路面坑槽修补结构建立有限元模型,并对其进行受力分析,从修补尺寸(长宽比、面积)和修补深度两方面探究结构设计对修补界面应力的影响;考虑不同的开槽角度和开槽形状两方面确定合理的修补形状以改善矩形坑槽修补边角易损的难题,从而提高坑槽修补结构的耐久性。结果表明,坑槽修补面积越大、开槽角度越小,则坑槽修补界面的应力值越小。当修补区域为狭长矩形时,通常从较长边先发生破坏,建议长宽比系数的取值宜为0.67~1.50之间。并且,适当拓展坑槽的修补面积(原始破损面积向外扩展10~30 cm)、增加坑槽修补深度(当破损深度<4 cm时)、减小开槽角度、采用横向椭圆和圆形的开槽形状有助于减小修补界面的应力值,从而提高坑槽修补后沥青路面的使用寿命。
The finite element model of structure on the pothole repair of asphalt pavement was established based on ABAQUS software,and the stress analysis was carried out.The influence of structural design on interfacial stress was explored from two aspects of repair size(length-width ratio,area)and repair depth;In order to solve the problem of rectangular pothole repair and improve the durability of the repair structure.The reasonable repair shape was determined by two aspects:the slotting angle and the repair shape.The results show that the larger the area of pothole repair and the smaller the slotting angle,the smaller the stress value of the pothole repair interface.It is recommended that the value of the length-width ratio coefficient should be between 0.67 and 1.50.Moreover,appropriately expanding the repair area of the pit(the original damage area extends outward by 10 cm to 30 cm),increasing the depth of pothole repair(when the damage depth <4 cm),reducing the slotting angle,and adopting a transverse oval and circular slotting shape can help reduce the stress value of the repair interface,thereby improving the service life of the asphalt pavement after the pothole repair.
