天丝竹交织小提花色织衬衫面料设计与生产

Design and Production Process of Jacquard Yarn-dyed Shirt Fabric withInterweaving Tencel and Bamboo

介绍天丝与竹交织小提花色织衬衫面料的设计和生产过程。通过市场调研、理论分析,给出衬衫面料设计过程,以及络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综、织造和后整理等工序的生产工艺,并在实际生产中取得良好的效果。所生产面料结合了天丝纤维与竹纤维的优点,透气性好、肤感凉爽滑腻、抑菌杀菌,可以更好地用于夏季衬衫面料。实践证明:材料是新面料设计的关键,组织结构参数是保证织物风格的前提,批量生产是新面料市场化的根本保证。

This paper introduces the design and production process of jacquard yarn-dyed shirt fabric interwoven with tencel and bamboo.Through the marketinvestigation and the theoretical analysis,it is given that is the design process of shirt fabric and the working procedure parameters of winding,warping,sizing,drawing-in,weaving and finishing,and the fabric has the good effect in the practical production process.The Shirt fabric has the advantages of tencel and bamboo fibers,and good breathability,the skin feeling cool and smooth,the bacteriostasis and sterilization,it can be better used for summer shirt fabric.The practice proved that,the materials are the key to new fabric design,the fabric structure parameter is the premise to guarantee the fabric style,and the batch production is the fundamental guarantee of new fabric marketization.
