摘要
微波功率模块(MPM)是电真空发射机的发展方向之一。收发型MPM是集发射和接收功能于一体的新型MPM,收发型MPM尤为适合宽带电子战及小型化平台应用需求。与传统收发模式发射机相比,收发型MPM在高效率、相对高功率、宽带特性、性价比方面有较大优势。本文结合近期收发型MPM的技术发展趋势,介绍了收发型MPM原理特点,与传统收发模式发射机进行了对比,介绍了收发型MPM的实现和应用。
Microwave power module(MPM)is one development direction of electro vacuum transmitters.The transmitting and receiving MPM(T/R MPM)is a new type of MPM integrating transmission and reception functions,which is especially suitable for broadband EW application and miniaturization platform application.Compared with traditional transceiver mode transmitters,the T/R MPM has great advantages in high efficiency,relatively high power,broadband characteristics and cost performance.Combining with recent technological developing trends,this paper presents the principle and characteristics of T/R MPM,compares it with the traditional transceiver mode transmitters,and introduces the implementation and application of it.
