摘要
通过比较GB/T 5137.1《汽车安全玻璃试验方法第1部分:力学性能试验》现行版本与上一版标准,从试验方法的共同点与差异点上说明修订后的现行版本可操作性更高,解决了上一版标准实施过程中发现的相关问题,能够为我国汽车安全玻璃行业的发展提供有效助力。汽车安全玻璃生产厂家可根据本文介绍的前后两版标准的不同,适当调整生产参数,提升产品合格率,降低事故发生的可能,保障人民群众的生命财产安全。
By comparing current version and last version of GB/T 5137.1 Test methods of safety glazing materials used on road vehicles-Part I:Mechanical properties tests,on the similarities and differences of test methods,this paper gives out the conclusion that the current vision is in better operability,and solves the corresponding problems found during implement period and provides effective promotion to the development of China's automotive safety glazing industry.The automotive safety glazing manufacture may adjust the production parameters according to the difference between two versions of this standard which is introduced in this paper,to improve the qualification rate,decrease the possibility of any accidents,and protect the safety of people's lives and property.
