单驱电动支杆异响问题解决

Solution to the Problem of Abnnormal Sound of Spindle Drive

摘要 电动后背门在乘用车市场应用越来越普及,为有效控制成本,驱动机构由双驱电动支杆逐渐发展为单驱电动支杆,实现成本下降约90元,重量减轻约300 g。但在单驱电动支杆运行过程中,由于左右两侧电动支杆与平衡杆力值差的存在,导致电动支杆与平衡杆除了受到轴向力外还受到径向力。径向力的存在易导致电动后背门开闭过程中出现异响,本研究通过剖析平衡杆内部压簧、空气弹簧等结构,制定了优化措施,并最终搭载后背门开闭耐久试验验证,成功解决平衡杆异响问题。最终锁定空气弹簧参数有阻尼槽尺寸、活塞杆与缸筒搭接尺寸、空气弹簧行程范围,压簧参数有高径比范围等。 The application of power tailgate in the passenger car market is becoming increasingly popular.In order to effectively control costs,the drive mechanism has gradually developed from the dual spindle drives to a single spindle drive,the cost can be reduced about 90 yuan and at the same time the weight can be reduced about 300 g.However,due to the difference in force values between the left and right spindle drive during the electric operation of the tailgate,the single drive is subjected to radial forces in addition to axial forces.The existence of radial force can easily lead to abnormal sound during the electric opening and closing of the tailgate.This study has developed optimization measures by analyzing the internal pressure spring,air spring,and other structures of the balance bar.Finally,it has been verified through the tailgate opening and closing durability test,successfully solving the problem of abnormal sound of the balance rod.This study finally locks the factors the air spring parameters include damping slot size,piston rod and cylinder barrel overlap size,air spring stroke range,and pressure spring parameters include height-diameter ratio range.
