晚期糖基化终末产物对心血管系统的影响研究现状

摘要 人体血浆中高水平晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end⁃products,AGEs)是糖尿病的重要病因和病理表现,并可引起一系列心血管疾病。AGEs在心血管疾病发病中的作用受到广泛关注,相关研究已较为深入,主要通过与受体结合激活细胞内信号通路,或与大分子结合改变构象及功能,从而引起心血管疾病的发生、发展。现对AGEs对心血管疾病的作用及两者剂量效应关系的流行病学和基础研究进行综述,为进一步研究提供参考。 High plasma levels of advanced glycation end products(AGEs)are a major cause and pathological manifestation of di⁃abetes,and may induce multiple cardiovascular diseases.The contribution of AGEs to the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases has re⁃ceived wide attention,and the underlying mechanisms have been extensively investigated.AGEs bind to receptors to activate intracellular signaling pathways,or bind to macromolecules to alter configuration and functions,thereby resulting in the development and progression of cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the epidemiological and basic studies on the effect of AGEs on cardiovascular diseases and the dose⁃effect relationship between AGEs and cardiovascular diseases,so as to provide insights into further studies.
