病毒防护服及装备创新设计研究

Innovative Design of Virus Protective Clothing and Equipment

针对当前病毒防护装备设计体系不完善、医护人员穿着感受较差且病毒防护服及装备在湿热舒适度和搭配协调度上亟待优化等现状,文章介绍目前病毒防护服及装备的分类与搭配,以及疫情期间不同防护等级的装备要求,分析传统病毒防护服及装备在实际使用中的突出问题,并依据现存痛点提出从解决整体舒适性、安全性和适配性出发进行创新设计。通过对国内外设计现状的研究与分析,从防护服及装备的结构特征、材料选择和内置装置入手,并着力于重点部位及装备连接、色彩与造型风格和实用细节的一体化研究,以期为后续病毒防护服及装备的创新设计提供支持。

In view of the current situation of incomplete design system for virus protection equipment,poor wearing experience of medical staff,and urgent optimization of virus protection clothing and equipment in terms of thermal and moist comfort and coordination,this article introduces the classification and matching of virus protection clothing and equipment,as well as the equipment requirements of different protection levels during the epidemic period.It analyzes the prominent problems of traditional virus protection clothing and equipment in practical use.Based on existing painful points,innovative design is proposed to address overall comfort,safety,and adaptability.Through research and analysis of the current design status at home and abroad,this paper starts from the structural characteristics,material selection,and built-in devices of protective clothing and equipment,and focuses on the integration of key parts and equipment connections,colors and styling styles,and practical details,in order to provide support for the innovative design of virus protective clothing and equipment in the future.
