Information Management of Knitting Enterprises and Related Exploration of “Internet of Everything”

为了实现企业内部生产设备的万物互联,方便对每个工序每台设备生产状况进行分析,对工艺执行情况实施追溯监督,便于优化工艺,提升产品品质,提高工作效率,着力打造绿色化工厂,便于公司对印染部分一次染色成功率及成本两项关键性指标进行分析,便于为针织成衣软件部分奠定基础,企业对信息化管理及万物互联进行探索。主要通过软件平台的更新、印染智能化设备控制器更换及增加电磁流量计,通过互联网及软件平台把人、机器、物料和系统展开连接,以内部局域网作为基础,透过传感器、MES(自主开发)、二维码与局域网等构建业务开展过程中信息的采集,进而达到数智化工厂的互联互通。

In order to realize the“interconnection of everything”of the internal production equipment of the enterprises,facilitate the analysis of the production status of each equipment in each process,implement the retrospective supervision of the process implementation,facilitate the optimization of the process,improve the product quality and efficiency,focus on building a green chemical factory,facilitate the company to analyze the two key indicators of the one-time dyeing success rate and cost of the printing and dyeing part,and lay a foundation for the knitted clothing software part,the enterprise has explored information management and“Internet of Everything”.The company mainly connects people,machines,materials and systems through the internet and software platforms,through the updating of software platforms,the replacement of intelligent printing and dyeing equipment controllers,and the addition of electromagnetic flow-meters.Based on the internal LAN,the company collects information during the business development process through sensors,MES(self-developed),two-dimensional codes and LAN,so as to achieve the interconnection of“digital intelligent chemical plants”.
