摘要
由于试验室小样工艺在染料竞染、上染率、染液循环等方面与大生产工艺存在一定差异,导致试验室与大生产的动力学过程不一致,造成颜色重现性差。文中以酸性翠蓝染料和锦纶织物作为研究对象,对试验室工艺和大生产工艺的重现性进行研究。采取优选匀染剂的种类及用量、染色温度、保温时间,并通过释酸剂合理控制pH值,达到提高试验室工艺与大生产工艺重现性的效果。结果表明,经过优化后可以将试验室小样与大生产的重现性提高。
Due to certain differences between the laboratory sample process and the large-scale production process in terms of dye competition,dye uptake rate,and dye solution circulation,the dynamic processes in the laboratory and large-scale production are inconsistent,which results in poor color reproducibility.The article took the acidic turquoise blue dye and nylon fabric as research objects to study the reproducibility of laboratory and large-scale production processes.And by optimizing the type and dosage of leveling agents,dyeing temperature,insulation time,and controlling the pH value through acid release agents,the reproducibility of laboratory and large-scale production processes could be improved.The results indicate that after optimization,the reproducibility of laboratory samples and large-scale production can be improved.
