摘要
采用沉淀热处理法和化学共沉淀法制备介孔结构纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))和氧化锡锑(ATO),将两种材料以不同比例混合,分别掺杂到以十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(DTMS)、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、水溶性聚氨酯(WPU)作为基质的整理液体系中,通过二浸二轧(轧液率70%~80%,室温)方式将其整理到涤纶织物表面。结果表明,所得纳米SiO_(2)平均粒径为80 nm,ATO平均粒径为532 nm,3种整理剂中DTMS对织物的隔热效果影响最小;疏水隔热效果的最佳配比为3.0%ATO、1.0%SiO_(2)和疏水整理剂DTMS处理,此时织物表面水接触角为143.1°;能够降低布下温度2.4℃,同时显示良好的热稳定性和防紫外线效果。
Mesoporous silicon dioxide(SiO_(2))and antimony tin oxide(ATO)were prepared by precipitation heat treatment and chemical coprecipitation methods.The two materials were mixed in different proportions and doped into a finishing liquid system using dodecyltrimethoxysilane(DTMS),polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),and water-soluble polyurethane(WPU)as substrates,respectively.Then,they were treated on the surface of polyester fabric using a two-dip-two-pad method(padding rate of 70%~80%at room temperature).The results showed that the average particle size of nano-SiO_(2) and ATO were 80 nm and 532 nm,and DTMS had the smallest impact on insulation effect of fabric.The optimal ratio for hydrophobic and thermal insulation performance was:the polyester fabric treated with 3.0%of ATO,1.0%of SiO_(2) and hydrophobic finishing agent DTMS revealed a water contact angle of 143.1°on the surface,and the temperature under the fabric was reduced by 2.4℃under irradiation.At the same time,it showed good thermal stability and UV resistance effect.
