摘要
目的:探索护理本科生对护理专业课程线上教学满意度的影响因素。方法:在文献研究基础上,构建线上教学满意度模型和调查问卷,对国内5所医学院校的973名护理本科生进行问卷调查,采用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果:在线平台、教学资源、教师因素、学习体验对线上教学满意度有直接或间接的正向作用。结论:提高护生的线上教学满意度,根本在于提高教师线上教学素养、建设高质量线上教学资源、完善在线平台功能和提升学生的学习体验。
Objective:To explore the factors influencing the satisfaction of nursing undergraduate students with online teaching in nursing courses.Methods:Based on a review of the literature,we constructed a model of online teaching satisfaction and a survey questionnaire.A total of 973 nursing undergraduate students from five medical colleges in China were surveyed,and structural equation modeling was used for empirical analysis.Results:Online platform,teaching resources,teacher factors,and learning experience had direct or indirect positive effects on online teaching satisfaction.Conclusion:To improve nursing students'satisfaction with online teaching,it is essential to enhance teachers'online teaching competence,develop high-quality online teaching resources,improve online platform functionality,and enhance students learning experiences.
