摘要
前置LC滤波器是抑制永磁同步电机高频电流谐波的有效手段,其与无滤波器系统性能存在较大差异,也在更大程度上受电流环PI参数影响。为提高逆变器侧电流反馈控制系统性能,提出一种电流环PI参数的多目标优化设计方法。推导出逆变器侧电流反馈系统的电流环开环传递函数,在此基础上分析电流环参数对系统稳定性、动态性能、带宽及谐振峰值的影响。进而,确定出以带宽、超调量和谐振峰值为优化目标,给出其约束条件,并应用遗传算法求解电流环参数。基于设计的电流环参数进行系统仿真,并与两种传统设计方法的系统性能进行比较,仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。与传统方法相比,多目标优化方法可以降低超调量、谐振峰值及高频电流谐波,提高电流环带宽和电流跟踪能力。
The LC filter is effective to reduce the high-frequency current harmonics of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the performance of which differs from the system without filter and is also greatly affected by the current loop PI parameters.In order to improve the performance of the inverter side current feedback control system,a multi-objective optimization design method for the current loop PI parameters is proposed.The open loop transfer function of the current loop with the inverter side current feedback is derived,and the influences of the current loop parameters on the system stability,dynamic performance,bandwidth and resonant peak value are analyzed.Furthermore,the bandwidth,overshoot and resonance peak are determined as the optimization objectives,and their constraints are given.Moreover,the current loop parameters are solved by the genetic algorithm.The system simulation is carried out based on the designed current loop parameters,and the performance is compared with that of the two traditional design methods.The simulation results verify the proposed method.Compared with the traditional methods,the multi-objective optimization method can reduce the overshoot,resonance peak and high-frequency current harmonics,and improve the current loop bandwidth and current tracking capability.
