我军卫勤救护的时效要求为10min内完成出血控制、气道通畅等急救措施,且在伤员抢救及运送前,均应先确保气道安全。本文阐述了院前创伤救治中稳定气道的重要性,从院前稳定气道建立的影响因素、气道管理的核心问题和技术要求,以及院前气道管理决策和思考等方面进行分析讨论,针对队属医院在平战时期具体职责不同,加强院前创伤救治工作中气道管理技能进阶,旨在提高队属医院平战医疗保障职能。

During military medical rescue,the first aid measures of bleeding control,airway management,etc,are required to be completed within 10 min.Moreover,before emergency treatment and medical evacuation,it is crucial to keep the airway open and safe.This paper stressed the importance of airway management and discussed related questions,i.e.,the influencing factors in the pre-hospital phase,the core issues and technique requirements during rescue,and the emergency pre-hospital decision-making and thinking.Given the specific responsibilities of military hospitals during peacetime and wartime,the advanced skills of airway management in pre-hospital trauma care are strengthened,aiming to improve their peacetime and wartime medical security functions.
