蝶腭神经节针刺法联合常规针刺治疗慢性咽炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Sphenopalatine Ganglion Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Conventional Acupuncture Therapy in Treating Chronic Pharyngitis

【目的】观察蝶腭神经节针刺法联合常规针刺治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。【方法】将60例慢性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予蝶腭神经节针刺法联合常规针刺治疗,对照组给予口服慢严舒柠咽炎片治疗,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后咽干、咽痒、咽痛、异物感、胀紧感、干咳、黏稠分泌物附着、咽后壁充血肿胀、咽后壁淋巴滤泡增生等症状体征积分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)疗效方面,治疗4周后,治疗组的总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组为76.67%(23/30),组间比较,治疗组的总有效率(χ^(2)检验)和总体疗效(秩和检验)均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)症状体征积分方面,治疗后,2组患者的各项症状体征积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的降低作用均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)安全性方面,治疗过程中,治疗组有1例患者出现1次小范围皮下出血,其余除针处轻微疼痛感及少许出血外,均无晕针、感染、神经损伤等其他针刺异常情况发生,不良反应发生率为3.33%(1/30);对照组有5例患者出现不良反应,包括2例轻度腹胀,2例轻度腹泻,1例稍恶心,不良反应发生率为16.67%(5/30);但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】蝶腭神经节针刺法联合常规针刺疗法治疗慢性咽炎疗效确切,且其疗效优于口服中成药慢严舒柠咽炎片治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture therapy combined with conventional acupuncture therapy in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given the sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture therapy combined with conventional acupuncture therapy,while the control group was given oral use of Manyan Shuning Pharyngitis Tablets.Seven days constituted a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for a total of 4 courses.The changes of symptoms and signs such as dry throat,itching throat,sore throat,foreign body sensation in the throat,distension and tightness in the throat,dry cough,adhesion of viscous secretions,congestion of posterior pharyngeal wall,and hyperplasia of lymphoid follicles in the posterior pharyngeal wall of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Moreover,the clinical efficacy and safety of the patients in the two groups were evaluated.Results(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),and that of the control group was 76.67%(23/30).The intergroup comparison showed that the total effective rate(tested by Chi-square test)and the overall curative effect(tested by rank sum test)of the treatment group were significantly superior to those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of all symptoms and signs in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect on lowering the symptom and sign scores of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment,one patient in the treatment group had a small-scale subcutaneous hemorrhage,and the rest cases of the treatment group had no other acupuncture abnormal events of fainting,infection,or nerve injury except for a slight pain and bleeding around the needle insertion point,the incidence of adverse reactions being 3.33%(1/30).In the control group,there were 5 cases of adverse reactions,including 2 cases of mild abdominal distension,2 cases of mild diarrhea,one case of slight nausea,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%(5/30).The intergroup comparison showed that the difference of the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture therapy with conventional acupuncture therapy is effective for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and its efficacy is superior to that of the oral administration of Chinese medicine Manyan Shuning Pharyngitis Tablets.
