卢传坚从脾虚湿瘀论治岭南地区银屑病思路探讨

Exploration of Thoughts of LU Chuan-Jian for the Treatment of Psoriasis in Lingnan Region from the Perspective of Spleen Deficiency with Dampness and Blood Stasis

介绍卢传坚教授从脾虚湿瘀论治岭南地区银屑病的临床经验。卢传坚教授根据多年的临床实践,结合岭南多湿的气候特点,提出脾虚湿瘀为岭南地区银屑病病机特点,脾虚为本,湿瘀为标。针对岭南地区脾虚湿瘀型银屑病,提出健脾固本、祛湿化瘀的治法,处方用药在禤国维教授的银屑灵方的基础上自拟固本祛湿化瘀方(主要由黄芪、土茯苓、赤芍、莪术、熟地黄、乌梅、醋鳖甲、肿节风、麸炒白术等组成),并嘱患者结合日常生活饮食调护,临床取得满意疗效。

This paper introduced Professor LU Chuan-Jian’s clinical experience in treating psoriasis in the Lingnan region from the perspective of spleen deficiency with dampness and blood stasis.Based on years of clinical experience and by combining the humid climate in the Lingnan region,Professor LU Chuan-Jian proposed that spleen deficiency with dampness and blood stasis is the fundamental pathogenesis of psoriasis in the Lingnan region,characterized by spleen deficiency as the root cause,while dampness and blood stasis as the incidental factors.For the treatment of psoriasis of spleen deficiency with dampness and blood stasis type in the Lingnan region,Professor LU Chuan-Jian put forward the treatment method of invigorating spleen and consolidating vital base,removing dampness and resolving stasis.Guben Qushi Huayu Recipe(with the actions of consolidating vital base,removing dampness and resolving stasis,and mainly composed of Astragali Radix,Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Rhizoma Curcumae,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Mume Fructus,Trionycis Carapax,Sarcandrae Herba,and bran-fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)was prescribed based on Professor XUAN Guo-Wei’s Yinxie Ling Formula,and the patient was also instructed to well management of the diet and daily living,so as to achieve satisfactory clinical effect.
