摘要 酒钢宏兴股份公司动力厂的碳钢燃气站、净化加压站、中厚板加压站属于生产核心设备,目前三处煤气加压站内煤气加压设备均依赖人工点检检测设备运行状态,不能及时有效跟踪设备运行,且人员频繁进出煤气加压站存在煤气中毒的安全风险。为实时监控煤气加压设备运行状态,降低工作人员在煤气区域暴露次数,确保安全生产,通过应用煤气加压机智能监测技术,避免了设备因突发故障停机引发的煤气泄漏及煤气供应中断事故,提升了设备的保供能力。 JISCO Hongxing power plant's carbon steel gas station,purification and pressurization station,medium plate pressurization station are all core equipment.The running status of those pressurization equipment relies on manual routine inspection detection,that cannot be effectively tracked in a timely manner of the operating state of the equipment Besides.Besides,for personnel,there are safety risk of gas poisoning due to frequent access to the gas filling station.In order to monitor the operation status of the gas pressurization equipment in real time,reduce the number of times the staff are exposed in the gas area,and ensure safe production,through the application of intelligent monitoring technology of the gas pressurization machine,it effectively avoids gas leakage and gas supply interruption accidents caused by the equipment shutdown due to sudden failures and improves the ability of the equipment to maintain supply.
