干式TRT透平机叶片失效机理研究

摘要 国内干式TRT透平机叶片失效主要有磨损、腐蚀及积灰三种形式,而透平机转子动叶片失效将造成转子动不平衡,导致设备振动故障停机。从透平机叶片失效的形式出发,研究影响叶片失效的因素,并针对叶片失效问题研究应对措施,延长设备的使用周期。 Domestic dry TRT turbine blade failure is mainly showed in the form of wear,corrosion and ash accumulation,while turbine rotor dynamic blade failure will cause rotor dynamic imbalance,resulting in equipment vibration failure and shutdown.The article studies the factors affecting blade failure mainly from the form of turbine blade failure,and countermeasures for blade failure problems in order to extend the service life of the equipment.
