烧结环冷机水密封改造提高余热发电量

摘要 某钢厂烧结机双压余热锅炉,由于环冷机下密封为填料密封,上密封为耐高温不锈钢片,正常运行漏风量大,余热回收利用率低,影响了系统发电量。经分析后,对环冷机及其配套设备进行了升级改造,既满足了环保要求,又提高了系统发电量。 For the double-pressure waste heat boiler of sintering machine in a steel plant,because the circular cooler's lower seal was packing seal and the upper seal was high-temperature stainless steel sheet,the air leakage during normal operation was large,the waste heat recovery utilization rate was low,affecting the system power generation.After analysis,the circular cooler and its supporting equipment were upgraded to meet environmental requirements and increase system power generation.
