摘要
某电厂在脱硫脱硝超低排放改造中,采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺。改造实施后,锅炉运行满一个周期,停炉打开吸收塔人孔,发现吸收塔入口干式界面处、湍流器、除雾器区域出现结垢现象。为了解决上述问题,从吸收塔运行期间各参数、吸收塔各部位结构进行分析,制定了可行的预防措施,保证了锅炉吸收塔稳定运行及环保参数达标排放。
A power plant uses limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process in the desulfurization and denitration ultra-low emission Transformation.The furnace was stopped when running for a full cycle after the implementation of the transformation.The absorption tower manhole was opened and it is found that the absorption tower inlet dry interface,turbulence,mist eliminator area had scaling phenomenon.In order to solve those problems,the parameters during the operation of the absorption tower,the absorption tower structure of various parts were analyzed,preventive measures were proposed to ensure the stable operation of the boiler absorption tower and environmental parameters to meet the emission standards.
