钢铁行业余热资源分布与特点

摘要 余热资源回收是节能减排的重要技术,是实现钢铁行业碳达峰与碳中和的重要途径。钢铁行业能耗高、碳排放量大、热资源丰富,但余热回收利用率低,余热资源亟待回收利用。在综述钢铁行业余热资源分布与特性的基础上,分析了钢铁生产工艺流程余热资源特征和利用原则与方式。 Waste heat resource recovery is an important technology for energy saving and emission reduction,as well as a crucial way to realize carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the iron and steel industry.The iron and steel industry has high energy consumption,large carbon emissions and abundant heat resources,but the utilization rate of waste heat recovery is low,which has a great recovery value.Based on an overview of the distribution and characteristics of waste heat resources in the iron and steel industry,this article analyzes the characteristics of waste heat resources in the iron and steel production process,the principles and methods of utilization.
