Development and Application of Heater On-Line Monitoring System for Gis Knife Gate Mechanism Box of Intelligent Substation

根据GIS设备隔离开关机构箱加热器无法巡检这一特点,有针对性地研制了一款“加热系统一体化在线监测装置”,该装置通过与变电站智能终端或测控装置相配合,实现GIS隔离开关机构箱加热器运行工况的实时告警功能与在线监测功能;另外本系统还可以适用于常规变电站中敞开式设备加热系统功能监测,切实实现了除潮、去湿、加热系统全面巡检功能。

Based on the characteristic that the isolation switch mechanism box heater of GIS equipment cannot be inspected,a targeted“heating system integrated online monitoring device”has been developed.This device achieves real-time alarm and online monitoring functions for the operating conditions of the isolation switch mechanism box heater of GIS by cooperating with the intelligent terminal or measurement and control device of the substation,In addition,this system can also be used for monitoring the functions of open equipment heating systems in conventional substations,effectively achieving comprehensive inspection functions of dehumidification and dehumidification heating systems.
