摘要
智慧水库是我国水利行业改革发展的重要方向,可以给水库带来更多活力,实现“人治”向“数治”的转变。但是智慧水库建设较为复杂与专业,需要深层次挖掘智慧水库的内在框架,完善水库管理运作的各项细节模块,才能取得预期效果。阐述了智慧水库的相关概念与建设背景,分析了智慧水库建设过程中所使用到的关键技术,结合水利行业的实际现状探索了智慧水库建设面临的诸多挑战,探讨了智慧水库的未来发展趋势,以期为智慧水库体系的全面落地提供一定的参考与借鉴。
Smart reservoirs are an important direction for the reform and development of China’s water conservancy industry,which can bring more vitality to reservoirs and achieve the transformation from“human governance”to“digital governance”.However,the construction of smart reservoirs is relatively complex and professional,and it is necessary to deeply explore the internal framework of smart reservoirs and improve the detailed modules of reservoir management and operation in order to achieve the expected results.This article elaborates on the relevant concepts and construction background of smart reservoirs,analyzes the key technologies used in the construction process of smart reservoirs,explores the many challenges faced by smart reservoir construction based on the actual situation of the water conservancy industry,and explores the future development trend of smart reservoirs,in order to provide certain reference and reference for the comprehensive implementation of the smart reservoir system.
