摘要
某特大连续刚构桥桥墩较高,采用三角托架体系进行0号块现浇施工。为了保障施工安全和提高施工质量,在浇筑0号块混凝土前需进行支架预压。通过建立托架施工的有限元模型,详细分析了托架在施工荷载组合条件下的应力和位移,并进行了结构稳定性分析。计算结果表明,托架各受力杆件变形及应力满足相关要求。该桥0号块已安全施工,表明所采用的施工方法和相关技术安全可靠,可为类似项目的施工提供参考。
A large continuous rigid frame bridge with high piers was constructed using a triangular bracket system for the cast-in-place construction of 0#block.In order to ensure construction safety and improve construction quality,support preloading is required before pouring the 0#concrete block.This article establishes a finite element model for bracket construction,analyzes in detail the stress and displacement of the bracket under construction load combination conditions,and conducts structural stability analysis.The calculation results indicate that the deformation and stress of each load-bearing member of the bracket meet the relevant requirements.The 0#block of the bridge has been safely constructed,indicating that the construction methods and related technologies used are safe and reliable,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
