On the Role of Design in the EPC Project of a Nine-Year Unified School

为解决九年一贯制学校EPC项目在设计阶段的投资和风险控制问题,以德庆县孔子学校为例,采用多阶段设计方案比选和动态优化策略。结果显示,通过细致的投资控制和风险管理,成功地控制了项目成本并降低了风险。本研究为工程承包商、投资方和政府监管机构在类似项目中的决策提供了有益的参考。

To address the investment and risk control issues during the design phase of the nine-year consistent school EPC project,taking the Confucius School in Deqing County as an example,a multi-stage design scheme comparison and dynamic optimization strategy were adopted.The results showed that through meticulous investment control and risk management,project costs were successfully controlled and risks were reduced.This study provides useful references for decision-making by engineering contractors,investors,and government regulatory agencies in similar projects.
