引调水工程施工期BIM模型质量管控实践

Practice of BIM Model Quality Control during the Construction Period of Water Diversion Project

引调水工程往往线路长,点多面广,参建单位多,BIM技术水平差异大,标准不统一。针对以上问题,以引调水工程-引江济淮工程(安徽段)为例,阐述了该工程施工期BIM技术应用的工作思路和建设内容,介绍了BIM模型的创建内容、精细度要求以及审核流程,分析了实施过程中BIM模型质量管控难点,提出了一系列切实可行的措施:引入BIM总体咨询单位、统一BIM技术应用标准体系、开展BIM技术应用培训、搭建BIM模型管理平台,实现了对BIM模型质量的有效管控。

Water diversion project often have long lines,extensive project spread,numerous working units,multiple construction contractor,large difference of BIM technology level and inconsistent standards.In view of the above problems,this study takes the water diversion project-Yangtze-to-Huai Diversion Project(Anhui Section)as an example,the difficulties of BIM model quality control during construction period are analyzed,put forward a series of practical and feasible measures,realize the effective management and control of BIM model quality.
