中小跨径钢箱-混凝土组合梁闭口与开口截面对比分析

摘要 对一种钢箱-混凝土组合梁的受力过程开展理论分析研究,为我国中小跨径钢箱-混凝土组合梁的设计和应用提供参考。对闭口和开口钢箱截面进行对比分析发现,闭口截面相比开口截面,虽增加少量用钢量,但减低了钢梁应力水平,减少了焊缝数量,进而减少了焊接问题的出现,适用于中小跨径钢箱-混凝土组合梁桥的建设。 The stress process of a steel box-concrete composite beam is theoretically analyzed and studied,which provides a reference for the design and application of small-span and medium-span steel box-concrete composite beams in China.By contrastive analysis on the closed section and open section of steel boxes,it is found that the closed section increases a little steel amount compared with the open section,but the stress level of the steel beam is reduced and the number of welds is reduced so as to decrease the welding problems,which is suitable for the construction of small-span and medium-span steel box-concrete composite beam bridges.
