非物质文化遗产赋能乡村振兴的路径选择——基于湖南湘西州的调查分析

Path Choice of Empowering Rural Revitalization with Intangible Cultural Heritage:Based on the Research of Xiangxi Prefecture,Hunan Province

党的二十大报告提出的全面推进乡村振兴战略中包含的产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明等各项要求,都与非物质文化遗产的保护与利用紧密相连。非物质文化遗产的合理保护与利用是国家全面实施乡村振兴战略、推进乡村发展的重要路径。以湖南湘西州为研究范本,分析非物质文化遗产赋能乡村振兴的现实必要性,从文化传承、产业发展、传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展等角度,梳理非物质文化遗产赋能乡村振兴过程中存在的现实困难,并从文化赋能、人才赋能、产业赋能、创新赋能等方面提出了解决问题的具体路径。

The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China includes various requirements such as industrial prosperity,ecological settlement,and rural civilization,which are closely related to the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage.The reasonable protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage is an important path for our country to implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote rural development comprehensively.Taking Xiangxi Prefecture of Hunan Province as a research model,this paper analyzes the practical necessity of empowering rural revitalization with intangible cultural heritage.From the perspective of cultural inheritance,industrial development,creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture,this paper sorts out the practical difficulties in the process of empowering rural revitalization with intangible cultural heritage,and proposes specific paths from cultural empowerment,talent empowerment,industrial empowerment and innovative empowerment to solve the problem.
