摘要
总结了目前国内外检测合成大麻素的主要方法,包括薄层色谱法、核磁共振和红外光谱分析法、色质联用技术(包括气质联用和液质联用)。同时,对合成大麻素的代谢物(包括体内代谢和体外代谢)的研究进行了综述,为进一步研究合成大麻素代谢物的结构给予了方法指导。
The main methods for the detection of synthetic cannabinoids at home and abroad were summarized,including TLC,nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy,and color mass spectrometry(including GC-MS and LC-MS).At the same time,the research on metabolites of synthetic cannabinoids(including in vivo metabolism and in vitro metabolism)was reviewed,which provided method guidance for further study on the structure of synthetic cannabinoids metabolites.
