摘要
以球磨后石英砂为主要原料,采用液压成型法制备了管式石英陶瓷支撑体。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、压汞仪、万能试验机﹑质量损失法和自制装置对陶瓷支撑体的物相组成、显微结构、孔径尺寸、抗折强度、耐酸碱腐蚀性、纯水通量等进行表征和测试。考察了原料粒径、烧结温度、保温时间﹑添加剂含量等因素对陶瓷支撑体性能的影响。通过其低温烧结特性,在烧结温度950℃、保温时间120 min条件下可制备孔隙率38.8%、抗折强度11.31 MPa、耐酸腐蚀质量损失率1.2%、耐碱腐蚀质量损失率2.41%、纯水通量1075 m/(h·MPa)的石英陶瓷支撑体。
Using ball milled quartz sand as main raw material,tubular quartz ceramic support was prepared by hydroforming.Characterization and testing of the phase composition,microstructure,pore size,flexural strength,acid and alkali corrosion resistance,and pure water flux of ceramic supports were carried out using X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,mercury porosimeter,universal testing machine,mass loss method,and self-made equipment.The effects of factors such as raw material particle size,sintering temperature,insulation time,and additive content on the performance of ceramic support were investigated.Through its low-temperature sintering characteristics,quartz ceramic supports with porosity of 38.8%,flexural strength of 11.31 MPa,acid corrosion resistance mass loss rate of 1.2%,alkali corrosion resistance mass loss rate of 2.41%,and pure water flux of 107.5 m^(3)·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1) can be prepared under sintering temperature of 950℃and holding time of 120 minutes.
