煤中氯含量测定方法的改进

摘要 艾氏卡混合剂熔样-硫氰酸钾滴定法存在:耗时过长、使用试剂多、平行样测定平行性差、空白试验繁琐等问题。针对发现的问题对原方法进行了改进,即将煤样熔样过滤后的操作采用自动电位滴定仪代替人工滴定。后续操作方便简洁,节省了试剂和时间,准确性高,平行性好,只需要做一次空白,完全能满足煤中氯含量的测定。 The Eschka mixture sample melting potassium thiocyanate titration method was used,it was found that this method has certain problems:long time consumption,excessive use of reagents,poor parallelism in parallel sample determination,and cumbersome blank tests.The original method is improved in this paper.Automatic potentiometric titration instrument is used instead of manual titration for the operation of filtered fused coal sample.The subsequent operation is convenient and simple,saving reagents and time,high accuracy,good parallelism,and only one blank is needed,which can completely meet the determination of chlorine content in coal.
