电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定涂料中重金属的不确定度评定 被引量:1

摘要 依据GB/T 30647-2014《涂料中有害元素总含量的测定》及GB/T 23991-2009 《涂料中可溶性有害元素含量的测定》标准,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对涂料中的重金属含量(总铅、可溶性镉、铬、汞)进行测试,在对方法的测定过程中不确定性来源进行分析后,对影响测定结果的不确定度分量进行量化,计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。分析表明,标准曲线逐级配制引入的不确定度是影响涂料中重金属的不确定度的主要因素,增加测量结果的可靠性主要从降低工作曲线引入的不确定度入手,以保证涂料中重金属含量检测的准确性和有效性。 According to Standards of GB/T 30647-2014 Determination of harmful elements total content of coatings and GB/T 23991-2009 Determination of soluble harmful elements content of coatings,the determination of heavy metal(Total lead,soluble cadmium,chromium and mercury)in coating was measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Each component of uncertainty that influenced the measurement results was quantified and the synthetic standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty was calculated after analyzing the source of uncertainty in the process of method determination.The analysis shows that the uncertainty introduced by the stepwise preparation of the standard curve was the major factor affecting the uncertainty of heavy metal in coating.Reducing the uncertainty introduced by standard curve could increase the reliability of the measurements results to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the determination of heavy metal.
