GC-PFD法检测果蔬农药残留的基质干扰及判定

摘要 研究了气相色谱-火焰光度法(GC-FPD)检测果蔬有机磷农药残留方法时样品基质的干扰问题。2017—2023年连续7年采用GC-FPD技术检测果蔬农药残留,考察果蔬样品基质干扰情况。结果表明,GC-FPD技术检测果蔬农药残留时,水果类无基质干扰峰出现。白萝卜(白萝卜苗)、鳞茎类、芸薹属类及部分白菜类有基质干扰峰,且谱峰规律。其中,芸薹属、白菜类在甲胺磷、甲拌磷、氧乐果附近有基质干扰峰出现;韭菜在乙酰甲胺磷处有基质干扰峰;葱蒜类蔬菜基质干扰峰强烈,谱峰成片出现。GC-FPD技术利用双柱定性能对农药残留进行有效的判定,基质干扰峰对有机磷农药残留检测无影响。 The matrix interference in the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by gas chromatography-flame photometry(GC-FPD)was studied.From 2017 to 2023,pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables were continuously tested by GC-FPD analysis,matrix interference was investigated.There were almost no matrix interference peaks with the GC-FPD analysis of pesticides in fruits.There was some matrix interference peaks with the GC-FPD analysis of pesticide residues in white radish(white radish sprout),bulb,Brassica and Chinese cabbage,and the Chromatographic peaks was regular..The matrix interference peaks of Brassicas and Chinese cabbages were found near methamidophas,phorate and omethoate,while the matrix interference peaks of Chinese chives were found near acephate,and there was so serious matrix interference peak in alliaceous vegetales with chromatographic peaks appear in sheets.GC-FPD analysis by two-column method can be used to determine the pesticide residues effectively,and the matrix interference peak was no interfered with the analysis of organophosphorus pesticide residues.
