The main factors affecting the long-term operation of Sheu coal gasification unit are analyzed.The technical transformation of SHELL coal gasification plant in Yunnan Dawei Ammonia Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,the methods of stabilizing coal quality,judging furnace temperature,reforming burner cover and“Cross”soot blower to solve long period operation of Sheu coal gasification unit are put forward.
